1. Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time. Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the appointment.
2. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3. Group Coordination: Please ensure all groomsmen arrive on time. Delays may impact your experience and cannot be extended due to back-to-back bookings.
4. Add-Ons: Services like waxing or champagne toasts must be confirmed no later than 5 days before the appointment.
5. Private Lounge Access: The private lounge experience includes full access to our VIP grooming room, curated music, and refreshments. Alcohol is served only to guests 21+.
6. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit, or mobile payment. Tips are appreciated and can be added to the final invoice or given directly.
7. Custom Packages Available: We’re happy to adjust your quote to fit your vision, style, or timeline.
